1-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

IMPORTANT:

  • NO RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS for size issues, quality preferences, or personal preferences.
    Product sizes and details are clearly mentioned in the product description. Order carefully.
  • Replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement. No exceptions.

Eligible Cases Under 1-Day Replacement Policy

Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (must be clearly visible in the unboxing video)
  • Defective or damaged item received (must be clearly visible in the unboxing video)

Cases NOT Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will be rejected if:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • The product is not returned in original packaging, including box and inserts
  • The product is not in original condition
  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery

Partial Prepaid + Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • A non-refundable ₹59 nominal fee is charged on Partial Prepaid COD orders.
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the prepaid amount can be used as store credit for a future order.
  • No cash refunds for the ₹59 fee under any circumstances.

6-Month Free Replacement Policy (Color Fading Only)

All Omroots products are covered under a 6-month one-time free replacement for color fading issues only.

Conditions:

  • Customer must share clear product photographs for verification.
  • If approved, a replacement product will be sent.
  • Customer must pay ₹100 Shipping & Handling fee (Prepaid only).
  • COD is NOT allowed for this fee.
  • Customer may keep or return the original product at their own expense.
  • Damaged products are NOT covered under this policy.

Inspection & Decision Authority

  • Based on the unboxing video and images, our team will decide whether a return or replacement is applicable.
  • Omroots’ decision is final and binding.

Size Issue Returns (If Explicitly Approved)

  • If a size issue return is exceptionally approved, a flat ₹100 return fee will be charged.

Delivery Failure & Refund Handling

  • For prepaid orders where delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds will be issued as in-store wallet credit after deducting shipping charges.
  • Omroots is not responsible if the customer overpays the courier during COD delivery.
  • Requests raised after the 1-day policy period will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be credited only to the Omroots in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card.
  • No refunds to bank accounts or UPI, except in exceptional cases, such as:
    • Delivery delays of multiple weeks
    • Repeated delivery of incorrect or damaged items

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Enter your Order Number and Phone/Email on the Start Return or Exchange page.
  2. Select the return/replacement option.
  3. Upload unboxing video, photos, and comments.
  4. If approved, a return pickup will be initiated.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, eligible amounts will be credited to your Omroots in-store wallet.

If return pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you must courier the product to us at your own cost. Replacement will be processed only after inspection.


Non-Returnable / Special Items

  • Kumkum,Ashtagandh,Insence,Havan Cups products are non-returnable.
  • Premium range products are non-refundable but include free 6-month replacement.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to:

  1. Return the existing item (if eligible).
  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved.
